Getting to Marburg
- From Frankfurt: Take a regional train from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof to Marburg (Lahn) Hauptbahnhof. Please note: Some trains split in Gießen. In this case, make sure that you are travelling in the front section of the train, which continues to Marburg.
- From Marburg Hauptbahnhof: Guesthouse Tabor is approximately a 10-minute walk from the station. From the platform, take the stairs up to the clearly visible Ortenbergsteg, the pedestrian bridge crossing the railway tracks. Cross the bridge and follow Dürerstraße uphill to the end of the street. Guesthouse Tabor is on the left.
- Step-free alternative: If you would prefer to avoid the stairs, leave the station, turn right, and walk in the direction of Zimmermannstraße and use the underpass beneath the railway tracks. From the stop Marburg Alte Kasseler Straße, take bus line 8 towards Ortenbergstraße and get off at Tabor.
